The OnePlus Watch was officially announced together with the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro on March 23, 2021. This smartwatch is the first ever wearable released by OnePlus. The smartwatch features a good number of specs that will rival some of the best smartwatch released so far and it comes at a cheaper price.
The watch runs on OnePlus watch OS built by the company on top of real-time operating system (RTOS). With this operating system, you will be able to control your music playback, take hands-free calls and interact with notifications.
The design of the smartphone does not look flashy, it’s a sleek round stainless steel body and it measures 46mm in size. The device spots 1.39 inches AMOLED display with 326ppi resolution and protected by sapphire glass. You will find two buttons at the right side for control.
This smartwatch features 5ATM + IP68 water and dust resistance and offers tracking of many sporting activities. The watch packs 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage with only 2GB of this storage available to users.
Fueling the watch is a 402mAh battery that will last up-to two weeks (according to OnePlus). Charging of this phone can be done through 2 pogo pin charger.
The OnePlus watch starting price is $159 which is equivalent to €119 / AU$209 and NGN 60,500 if it will be available in Nigeria.
