This smartphone features a 6.8-inch screen with 1080 x 2460 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate, 395ppi pixel density, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display also sports a notch in the center to accommodate the selfie camera.
Powering the Camon 17 is the MediaTek Helio G95 processor with Mali-G76 GPU. The SoC features a 2.05 GHz dual-core Cortex-A76 processor and six 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 cores. Packed in the phone is 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage and this is the only available storage option.
Like other models in the Camon 17 series, the Pro version also runs the HiOS v7.6 user interface based on the Android 11 operating system. The rear of this device features four camera sensors which include a 64MP primary camera, an 8-MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and four LED flashes on the back.
The front of the phone features a 48MP wide camera and two LED flashes which improves the selfie effect in low light conditions. In addition, Camon 17 Pro is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and provides space for two nano-SIM cards with a 4G LTE network. Interestingly, this model also offers a large 5000 mAh battery and 25 W fast-charging battery, as well as two stereo speakers for audiophiles.
The starting price of the Camon 17 Pro in Nigeria is about NGN 112,000 which is equivalent to KES 29,890 in Kenya and GHS 1,630 in Ghana.

CPU CPU => (Central Processing Unit) mostly known as processors, CPU processes instructions in order to carry out certain functions that make your device operate properly. Processors are often described as the brain of computers, smartphones and tablets. Smartphones and tablets rely on processors to carry out their every task, Processors are an incredibly important factor in selecting any type of computing device, including your smartphone. | Octa-core (2x2.05 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6x2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) |
GPU GPU => A graphics processing unit (GPU) is a specialized electronic circuit designed to rapidly manipulate and alter memory to accelerate the creation of images in a frame buffer intended for output to a display device. This include things such as lighting effects, object transformation and 3D motion. | Mali-G76 MC4 |
RAM RAM (Random Access Memory) is a type of computer memory that can be accessed randomly, any byte of memory can be accessed without touching the preceding bytes that allows information to be stored and accessed quickly from random locations. RAM is the most common type of memory found in computer systems, smartphones, tablets and other electronic devices. | 8GB RAM |
