The Samsung Galaxy S21+ plus 5G was announced together with the Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Ultra on January 14, 2020, during CES 2021. This device comes with Samsung’s latest processor, the Exynos 1200 (5nm) for the global version.
The Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G is an upgrade of the S20+ released last year. It comes with better features than the S20 but at the same time, Samsung removes some of the features we saw in the S20+.
This device is all glass, both the front and back. It is IP68 water/dustproof and it supports a stylus. The display of this device is dynamic AMOLED 2X and it measures 6.7 inches. The display resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels and it sports a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ compatibility, and 20:9 aspect ratio.
Powering the device is the new Exynos 1200 (5nm) chipset with a Mali-G78 processor for international users and Snapdragon 888 (5nm) for those in the USA, Korea, and China. This smartphone features 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB internal memory.
The Device sports a triple camera setup like that of the S21, 12MP wide camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, and 64MP telephoto. Fueling this device is a 4800mAh battery with 25W fast charging, 15W Fast Qi/PMA wireless charging, and 4.5W Reverse wireless charging.
Many other cool features of this smartphone include Samsung DeX, Samsung Wireless DeX (desktop experience support), Bixby natural language commands and dictation, Google message app, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, fingerprint scanner, and a lot more.
