Last year, Infinix released two note series; Note 7 and Note 8. Announced with the Infinix note 8 in October is the Infinix note 8i. These two phones are currently the latest Infinix note series. As we have stepped into a new year, we should be expecting more phones from infinix note series line up.
FCC certification leaks of the Infinix note 10 pro reveals that the company may be working on the Infinix note 10 series. Now that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved this phone, its arrival could be drawing near. This means that the Infinix note 10 series could be the direct successor of the Infinix note 8 series.
The IMEI certification listing first spotted on twitter by Abhishek Yadav, show that a new infinix smartphone with model numberX695 could be launching soon as Infinix note 10. It looks like infinix might have decided to skip the note 9 branding and jump over to the note 10 series as the next series of smartphone, just like the company skipped zero 7 to Zero 8.
The Infinix Note 10 Pro FCC certification suggest the phone might come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. The only pro version released in the note series is the note 4 pro released in 2017. The major difference between the pro and non-pro version is RAM and built in memory.
Also, the major difference between the Infinix note 8 and 8i is the Cameras and a 4GB option in Note 8i. So, since the Note 10 pro reveals 8GB RAM and 256GB built in storage, then we can expect the Note 10 to come with a variant of 8GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB inbuilt memory.
The certification also shows that the Note 10 Pro carries support for dual-band Wi-Fi and may ship with 33W fast charger. The certification did not reveal enough details of the key specifications of this smartphone.
The camera design of this smartphone looks like that of the Note 8 and the camera design might look like what we saw in the previous version. Also, the cut-out of the power button shows the phone might come with the side-mounted fingerprint scanner that doubles as the power button like what we saw in the previous version.
The Infinix note 8 spots amazing specs like 6.95-inch IPS LCD display, resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels, Helio G80 processor, Android 10 and XOS 7.1 OS, 64 MP quad camera, 16 MP dual camera set-up and 5,200mAh battery capacity with 18W fast charging. What remain to be seen in the upgrade to Infinix Note 10 are, if it offers larger display, better resolution, bigger battery, better built quality and good price.
